It's not often you would give a 5 star rating, but we have been so very pleased with the customer service and work from Dan and the team. We have been kept informed through out the whole process. All our questions were answered and we learned along the way about all the products available. Dan demonstrates everything on a laptop which is very important because you can then visualise what you are getting and be sure. Steve and Chris worked none stop and were very respectful of our home. Had our polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced with glass and some blown windows replaced. So pleased with the finished result. Dan from Proworx South West Ltd did an excellent job. Dan and his team carried out a large project for us including 19 windows of varying sizes and a conservatory replacement, with a new orangery with a glazed roof, over a 2 week period. Being a large project we choose ProWorks after seeing several other companies in the area. Dan understood the look we were trying to achieve and made the whole process of initial window style selection and then the fitting run smoothly from start of finish, nothing was too much trouble. The fitters worked hard under all weather conditions and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the end result which has totally transformed our property.
